72 total modules for a four story, 26 unit, podium parked apartment complex designed to accommodate professionals - teachers, first responders who work in the neighborhood.

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING: DAYLIGHT COMMUNITY DEVELOPERS, LOS ANGELES, CA

The following four projects, indieDwell designed for Los Angeles-based developers Daylight Community Development and Decro. Each one is an urban infill project along transit lines, designed to provide housing for extremely low income individuals. Each project includes on-site wrap around services. These are scheduled for delivery in 2021-2022.
